Broardlands 1930’s House – Office Refurbishment
Designed by Architects Minoprio and Spencely and appearing in Town & Country Homes in November 1932 this property was of significant interest to English Heritage. The designs for the refurbishment retained all the important elements of the original building as well as discovering and reviving long lost details such as coved ceilings with concealed lighting, Birdseye maple flooring and oak paneling to the dinning room.
